At inMind Psychological Services, our coaching sessions provide practical, structured support for individuals seeking clarity, empowerment, and emotional resilience. Whether you’re navigating ADHD-related challenges, executive-level stress, or emotional burnout, our coaching is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in compassion.

We currently offer three specialised coaching pathways:

Eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme for those experiencing stress, burnout, or emotional exhaustion.

Culturally-attuned, strengths-based coaching to support leadership, confidence, and professional clarity for high-achieving women of colour.

Our coaching is informed by trauma theory, mindfulness, and systemic awareness. We understand the realities of navigating overwhelm, identity-based stressors, and professional demands—and we meet you with empathy, insight, and action.

Sessions are structured, goal-oriented, and supportive. We work with you to develop tools, reframe patterns, and move forward with clarity.

All sessions are currently offered online. In-person sessions may be available on request depending on location.
