General Practice FAQs

Do you offer online or in-person sessions?

Most of our services are delivered online via secure, encrypted video platforms, allowing accessibility and flexibility. In-person sessions may occasionally be available, depending on the clinician’s and client’s location—please enquire to explore this option.

Yes. We offer a 20–30 minute consultation call to learn about your needs, explain how we work, and see if we’re the right fit. There’s no pressure to commit—this is simply a chance to connect.

Fees vary depending on the service. You can view our general pricing information on each service page. We are transparent about fees from the start and offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces for therapy

Yes—this is central to everything we do. Our team is trained in trauma theory and committed to creating spaces that prioritise safety, choice, collaboration, and empowerment.

Yes. While we are based in the UK and Cayman Islands, many of our services—such as coaching, supervision, and consulting—are available internationally via secure online platforms. Therapy services, however, are restricted by local licensing regulations and are not available in certain jurisdictions (e.g. the US and Canada). Legal services are also jurisdiction-dependent. Please contact us to confirm whether we can work with you based on your location.

Therapy & Assessments FAQs

No. Many of our clients come to therapy without a formal diagnosis. What matters is your story, your needs, and your readiness to explore support.

This depends on your goals and needs. Therapy can be short-term or long-term. Assessments usually involve multiple sessions, testing (if needed), and a written report. We’ll discuss this in detail during your consultation.

Yes—forensic and personal psychological assessments are tailored to specific purposes such as court reports, PIP applications, or GP documentation. We’ll clarify scope and limitations before beginning.

That’s completely okay. You are never required to share more than you’re comfortable with. Many of the approaches we use don’t require retelling traumatic memories in detail.

Coaching, Supervision & Consulting FAQs

Coaching is goal-focused, present- and future-oriented, and doesn’t involve diagnosis or trauma processing. Therapy explores emotional history, trauma, and mental health in a clinically guided way. If you’re unsure which you need, we’ll help you figure that out.

Yes. We offer supervision to trainees and early-career professionals, including Clinical, Counselling, and Forensic Psychologists, as well as psychotherapists and counsellors.

Absolutely. We work with healthcare providers, nonprofits, correctional services, and corporate teams seeking trauma-informed training and consultation. Visit our Organisational Consulting page to learn more.
