Dr Kolawole Osinnowo

Clinical Psychologist

About Me

I’m a Clinical Psychologist and BABCP-accredited CBT therapist with a decade of experience working across the NHS, prison settings, outpatient clinics, and digital mental health services. I support children, young people, and adults experiencing a range of psychological and emotional challenges, with a particular focus on trauma, neuropsychological difficulties, and systemic oppression.

I use a combination of EMDR, ACT, systemic therapy, and high-intensity CBT to provide personalised, evidence-based support. My work is grounded in cultural responsiveness and a belief that therapy should create space for healing, self-awareness, and sustainable change.

Beyond individual work, I’ve contributed to service development, reflective practice groups, and improving access to psychological therapies for diverse communities and NHS staff. My aim is always to offer compassionate care that meets people where they are—whether that’s in a paediatric ward, prison setting, or online.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

My approach is collaborative, structured, and deeply grounded in evidence-based care. I aim to provide a space where clients feel respected, heard, and supported—whether they’re processing trauma, navigating long-term health conditions, or managing everyday stressors.

I integrate a range of psychological models to tailor the work to each individual or family, and I’m especially passionate about creating inclusive spaces where diverse identities and experiences are acknowledged and centred.
