What ADHD Coaching Is...
ADHD coaching at inMind is designed to help you understand how your brain works and develop strategies that actually stick. You don’t need more judgment or unrealistic expectations—you need practical tools, ongoing support, and a space where you’re met with empathy.
Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed or simply identify with ADHD-related challenges, our coaching is here to help you build structure, motivation, and confidence in a way that feels authentic to you.
What We Work On
You don’t need to “just try harder.” You need strategies that work for you.
Each coaching journey is tailored to your goals, but common focus areas include:

What to Expect
What You Can Expect From the Process
ADHD coaching sessions are structured, collaborative, and strengths-based. We’ll work together to set priorities, experiment with tools, and check in regularly on what’s working. You’ll leave each session with practical next steps and the support to carry them through.
Sessions are 50 minutes, offered online
Coaching is distinct from therapy but grounded in trauma-informed care
Optional between-session accountability via email or shared tools
Our Approach
Coaching that centres compassion, not pressure.
At inMind, we understand that ADHD isn’t a lack of willpower—it’s a difference in wiring. We coach with this in mind, using a blend of executive function strategies, mindfulness tools, and compassionate accountability.
Whether you’re struggling with task paralysis, executive overload, or self-doubt, we’ll help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with clarity.
