What Resilience & Stress Management Coaching Offers
Stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm can leave us feeling disconnected and depleted. The MBSR programme at inMind is designed to help you reset—gently and intentionally—through mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical tools for everyday resilience.
Based on the evidence-based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction model, this 8-week course is ideal for anyone navigating stress, anxiety, fatigue, or emotional overload—whether you’re a professional, caregiver, student, or simply in a season of life that feels too heavy.

Programme Structure
What’s Included in the 8-Week Journey
8 weekly live sessions (each 2 to 2.5 hours long) delivered online via Zoom
One full-day mindfulness retreat (usually held between weeks 6 and 7)
Guided practices, reflection exercises, and group discussion
Weekly home practice suggestions and support materials
A safe, trauma-informed group space (maximum 15 participants)
Optional follow-up check-in after the programme concludes
Delivery: All sessions are currently delivered via Zoom
