I deliver the evidence-based, 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme specially for mental health practitioners – counsellors, nurses, therapists, psychologists – battling burnout. Having survived burnout myself, I understand firsthand the power of self-compassion and mindfulness as the foundation of burnout recovery. I offer this programme to fellow practitioners seeking relief from burnout and a path to renewal. I offer this program once a year, providing a dedicated space for you to cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion, and resilience.
