We Therapeutic Approach

Our approach to therapy is integrative, which means we use a blend of different approaches or techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each service user. We draw from a diverse range of models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy. When deemed appropriate, which is often the case for the individuals we work with, we will offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). You can find out more about the therapeutic process here.
