James

Administrative Assistant

About Me

I’m James, a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to guiding individuals toward healing, clarity, and emotional resilience. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, and I prioritize creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood.

With more than ten years of experience, I focus on helping adults manage anxiety, recover from trauma, navigate major life changes, and improve emotional regulation. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed practices—always customizing each therapeutic plan to fit the individual.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that lasting peace and personal growth are achievable. Therapy, to me, is a collaborative process—one where we work side by side to foster insight, connection, and meaningful change.
